When E. Jean Carroll and George Conway successfully sued President Donald Trump in perhaps the most unfathomable abuse of the legal system that the United States has ever seen, the pair had an extremely valuable Republican ally in the New York State Senate. His name is Dan Stec.

In the dirtiest Democrat lawfare trick of all, the E. Jean Carroll lawsuit, orchestrated by Trump-hater George Conway, Dan Stec was not only key but essential to the weaponization of our justice system against President Trump.

Stec refused to support Donald Trump in 2016, and waited until after the debacle of a debate with then-President Joe Biden to endorse President Trump in 2024. Now Dan Stec is attempting to take the national stage and is running to replace Elise Stefanik in New York’s 21st Congressional District.

This wasn’t the first time that Stec sided with the left. He voted 80% of the time with the New York State Senate radical left-woke Democrats, who passed legislation like the Green Light Law, which allows undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses and restricts federal agencies like ICE from accessing DMV records without a court order.

E. Jean Carroll, through the direction of Trump-hating activist George Conway, was able to abuse a newly passed amendment to sue the President, resulting in a New York judge awarding Carroll an $80 Million judgment.

That amendment, called the ‘Adult Survivors Act’ allows for a one-year window for all victims of sexual assault in the State of New York to ‘lookback’ on past experiences, and to even file charges based on those experiences, regardless of any statute of limitations that would normally be in place.

The amendment was signed into law on May 24th, 2022, and would not take effect until November 24th, 2024… the same day that E. Jean Carroll would file her lawsuit against the President. Coincidence? I think not.

It just so happens that E. Jean Carroll would file her lawsuit alleging sexual assault against President Donald Trump on the exact same day that the law took effect, hinting at a coordinated effort between New York legislators who worked to pass the bill, and Carroll herself.

A George Conway Scheme To “Get Trump” With State Sen. Dan Stec Is Revealed

We don’t have to speculate as to how this occurred, either. George Conway, the ex-husband of former Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway, has publicly bragged about engineering the E. Jean Carroll case against Trump in New York.

Conway engineered a clever amendment to state law that extended by many decades E. Jean Carroll’s ability to sue Trump for an alleged sexual assault that never happened. Senator Dan Stec voted for this Democrat dirty trick.

During an appearance on CNN dated January 19th, 2024, the braggart Conway told anchors that he personally, at a cocktail party, engineered the case, encouraging E. Jean Carroll to sue Trump, and even getting her his own attorney that would oversee the case, guaranteeing it the outcome that Conway desired.

There was just one problem. The law wouldn’t allow for Carroll to sue Trump (successfully) for an assault that she alleged had occurred nearly 30 years prior to the 2024 Election.

That’s when Conway and his lawyer came up with their plan. Simply change the law. Pressure New York legislators to pass an amendment that would allow for people like Carroll to retroactively sue for things that allegedly happened decades ago.

We now know that Conway would utilize his political influence to get member of New York legislator to vote for the ‘Adult Survivors Act’. One of the legislators that Conway leaned into successfully was Dan Stec, a New York State Senator from the Empire State’s 45th Senate District.

Stec voted in support of the ‘Adult Survivors Act’, paving the way for E. Jean Carroll’s successful lawfare attack against President Donald Trump.

After discovering this fact, and the strange nature of the timeline, Slingshot News conducted a deeper investigation into Stec’s history in the New York Senate and found several other alarming facts about the Senator.

Stec Was Endorsed By The Radical Left Teacher’s Union

Though the public campaign finance data of the state of New York, Slingshot News has exclusively discovered that Republican State Senator Dan Stec is supported by Vote/Cope (http://vote-cope.org/) which is a public school advocacy group. Pro-Teacher Union, Pro-Woke Education. See evidence of those donations to Stec below,

New York State Campaign Finance Data

Stec was also publicly endorsed by the New York State United Teacher’s Union in a post that can be seen below. Not only does the State Senator have a history of receiving financial support from radical left education groups, but he has also been publicly endorsed by them.

What’s more troubling is that through our investigation, we also discovered that Stec has taken considerable donations from a man called Joe Griffo. Griffo is a fellow New York State Senator, and became embroiled in scandal when he was arrested for selling alcohol to minors.

The case was dismissed under mysterious circumstances.

While accepting money from school groups, Stec also accepted money from individuals who were charged with selling alcohol to the very students attending those schools. Troubling indeed.

The Race to Replace Elise Stefanik In NY-21 Heats Up

When President Donald Trump nominated Representative Elise Stefanik to serve in the prestigious position of ambassador to the United Nations in his new Administration, the appointment left a vacancy in the House of Representatives in Stefanik’s district, New York 21.

That appointment has become the centerpoint of a national controversy since Trump’s appointment just days after his landslide 2024 Election victory. Trump appointed Stefanik on November 11th, 2025.

Since then, several candidates have been vying to replace Stefanik in the solidly red district of NY-21, a district where Donald Trump won in 2020 with approximately 56.9% of the vote compared to Joe Biden’s 41.2%. This translates to a 15.7-point margin favoring Trump, reinforcing the district’s Republican lean.

Anthony Constantino, the CEO of Sticker Mule, has emerged as the favorite in the race, with polling showing the independently-funded candidate narrowly leading the left-leaning State Senator Dan Stec.
