It is now being reported that several Iranian-backed militias have started launching missiles at Israel. Missiles have reportedly been seen over Iraqi airspace, as well as being launched by Hezbollah groups at the Israeli-annexed Golan.
Security agencies have also reported that missiles have been launched by Yemeni rebels backed by Iran towards Israel. These additional attacks show coordination between parts of the Arab world to take down the Nation of Israel.
The IDF has stated that over 100 drones are expected to attempt to enter Israeli airspace very shortly. U.S. officials have allegedly been telling media outlets that Iran has sent somewhere between 400 and 500 drones at Israel. The only confirmed reports speculate around 100.
Jordan has announced that they have not declared an emergency over the attacks, despite previous reports. Iran is also reportedly readying cruise missiles to send towards Israel in addition to the dozens of drones that they have sent.
If the Iron Dome is penetrated successfully and citizens become susceptible to missiles, millions of people could die. Iranian commandos also seized a British cargo ship earlier in the day today, descending on the ship and taking it over.
It appears by all accounts that Iran has entered a period of total aggression that is truly threatening the safety of the entire world. If Israel decides to use a nuclear response to this attack, the world could descend into chaos.
It is unknown how deep the reserves of the Iranian military are, but it is expected that they will be able to keep a barrage coming for sometime, raising the crucial question of whether or not the Iron Dome will be able to withstand this bombardment.
