During a recent hearing in the House of Representatives, Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene and Jasmine Crockett engaged in a verbal war that has gone viral in the aftermath of the comments.
In that hearing, Greene poked fun at Rep. Jasmine Crockett for her eyelashes, insinuating that Crockett’s “fake eyelashes” had prevented her from being able to read documents that were crucial to their discussion.
Crockett responded by calling Greene a “bleach-blonde, bad-built, butch body,” a comment that was lauded by anti-Greene Republicans and Democrats alike, even attracting the attention of late night television host Stephen Colbert.
After the viral spat, Crockett appeared on numerous news broadcasts, claiming that she was not ashamed about her comments on Greene during the hearing. Crockett even went as far as to say that she has received compliments over the comment from Republican members of the House who are not fans of Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Possibly the most hilarious aspect of this fight was the fact that ranking members of the committee James Comer and Jamie Raskin looked as if they were hearing a foreign language while the fight was ensuing, looking puzzled and confused by the altercation.

In response to the fight, Greene posted a video to her X account in which she lifted weights and performed several exercises. The caption of that post read,
Yes my body is built and strong NOT with nips, tucks, plastic, or silicone, but through a healthy lifestyle. Soon turning 50 years old, God willing, I will continue to lift, run, swim, play sports, surf, ski, climb and LIVE this life to the fullest and enjoy every single moment! Marjorie Taylor Greene
Greene added to her online assault after posting the video of herself lifting, tweeting out a meme of a shredded tire that claimed to be an eyelash belonging to Jasmine Crockett. See that post below,
