Mike Pinder, an original member of the classic rock band Moody Blues, has died at the age of 82. Pinder played keyboard for the Moody Blues.
No official cause of death has been provided to this point. The Moody Blues also lost their singer and guitar player Danny Laine last year. Laine was living in Naples, Florida at the time of his death.
Pinder co-founded the Moody Blues in 1964.
He reportedly died in Northern California at his home surrounded by his family and loved ones on Wednesday. Bassist John Lodge confirmed the news on his Facebook page.
The bandmate of Pinder wrote,
