Heading into the 2026 NFL offseason, the Las Vegas Raiders have announced that Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak will become their next head coach.
With the Raiders in “rebuild mode,” fans are wondering if Crosby has played his last game as a Raider. After being benched at the end of the 2025 season, many have speculated that the relationship between Crosby and Las Vegas’ front office may have soured.
The 28-year-old superstar edge rusher was drafted by the Raiders in their last season in Oakland, in 2019. Since being selected in the fourth round with the 106th pick in 2019, Crosby has racked up a total of 69.5 sacks.
In the past, Crosby has moved quickly to dispel rumors about leaving the Raiders, including as recently as last year’s NFL trade deadline, when rumors were swirling about a potential move.
Despite all of this, rumors have once again heated up surrounding the edge rusher this offseason, with reports suggesting it would be a “win-win” for the Raiders to move on from Crosby in exchange for substantial draft capital.
It’s been suggested that compensation for a Crosby trade would be similar to what the Green Bay Packers dished to the Dallas Cowboys for superstar Micah Parsons last offseason, which was two first-round selections and a defensive tackle, Kenny Clark.
While many teams around the league would have a serious interest in Crosby, it remains to be seen what they would be willing to part with in order to add an x-factor like Crosby.
