Apple Unveils New Macbook Line With M3 Processors




Apple Inc. has announced the release of their new line of Macbook laptops, which will include many upgrades, including a brand new processor that the company says will help integrate AI into their machines.

In 2021, Apple began the phasing out of Intel chips in their products, instead opting for an in-house silicon processor. That processor was called the M1, and is considered a major advancement in laptop technology.

The new M3 chip is said to be 60x faster than the original M1 chip, Apple say, marking a tremendous improvement on an already brilliant invention. Apple says on their website,

Apple estimates that there are over 100 million Macbook users in the world, and now, those users have a brand new machine to consider buying. Based on what Apple is saying, this new Macbook line is set to be a massive improvement over the previous generations.

The 13-inch MacBook Air with M3 starts at $1,099 and $999 for education, and the 15‑inch MacBook Air with M3 starts at $1,299 and $1,199.
