A hazmat team is reportedly responding to the home of Donald Trump Jr. after a white powder substance was found in an envelope in the mail. Police have said that they do not believe the substance is deadly.
A preliminary test of the substance recovered at the team yielded no clues as to what the substance actually is.
“The test results of the substance came up inconclusive on what it was exactly, but officials on the scene do not believe it is deadly,” a spokesperson for Trump Jr. said.
Trump Jr. reportedly opened a letter in the mail to have a white powdery substance spilled on himself. He is unharmed, and does not appear to be in any serious danger.
This incident comes just one day after former President Trump announced that he will be appealing the $454 Million judgement against him in the civil trial decided on by Judge Arthur Engoron.
Trump Jr. has always been an extremely vocal supporter of his father’s political ambitions, and should Trump be elected, it is expected that Trump Jr. would play a far more significant role in the White House than he did during Trump’s first term.
Trump Jr. was also implicated in that ruling from Judge Engoron, which stated that the President’s son could not practice business in the State of New York for the next two years. Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s other son, was also implicated in the case in the same manner.
It is not known whether or not this was a politically motivated attack. Jupiter Police responded to his home, and have recovered the substance. We will keep our audience updated when the substance has been revealed.
Multiple fire trucks and men in hazmat suits were spotted outside Donald Trump Jr.’s home in Jupiter, Florida, on Monday evening.
