Kid Rock Donates $50,000 To Victims Of Trump Rally Shooting

American music star Kid Rock has donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe campaign that was authorized by former President Donald Trump to support the victims of the horrific shooting that took place at Trump’s Make America Great Again rally in Butler, Pennsylvania yesterday.

Thomas Crooks, the 20-year-old shooter, gravely injured one individual and killed another. The man who was tragically killed by one of the shots fired at Trump has been identified as former fire chief Corey Comperatore.

Comperatore was reportedly shielding his daughter from the bullets, laying on top of her, when he was struck and killed by one of the gunshots. The shooter Crooks was shot and killed by the Secret Service just moments after firing his first round.

Former President Barack Obama immediately released a statement following the shooting, calling for an end to political violence. President Joe Biden addressed the Nation shortly after the incident took place, announcing that he would be reaching out to the former President.

It has since been reported that Biden and Trump have spoken about the tragic incident.

This morning, singer Kid Rock uploaded an expletive-laced video to his social media pages, proclaiming that if anybody ‘f**** with Trump,’ that they are also ‘f******’ with him. That video currently has over 1 million views on X alone.

Rock followed up his X video with another post, this time linking the GoFundMe fundraiser for the victims of this tragic shooting.

In less than 24 hours, donors have raised over $1.06 Million, surpassing the stated goal of $1,000,000. The largest donor to this point is Kid Rock, who gave $50,000 to the effort.

Rock has been a friend of former President Donald Trump for some time now. Rock visited the White House with fellow rock legend Ted Nugent during Trump’s first term. Rock also plays golf with Trump from time to time.
